The amount of open Bitcoin contracts has decreased by 13.5% compared to September 3rd

According to Santiment data, the number of open contracts denominated in BTC decreased from 321500 on September 3 to 278200 on September 11, a decrease of 43300 or 13.5%. During the same period, BTC prices fell by about 5%, and the current market position size is about 20% lower than before the rise in mid August. The position stopped declining on September 11th and rebounded slightly for two consecutive trading days.
