According to Forbes, Patrick Witt, Executive Director of the White House Digital Assets Advisory Committee, and U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent have issued warnings urging bipartisan support for the 'Clarity Act' during the procedural vote on the 'motion to proceed' in the Senate on September 15. They cautioned that a failed vote could severely harm the U.S.'s leadership in the digital asset space and miss a critical legislative window. The bill is currently scheduled for a procedural vote on September 15. The latest version of the bill has incorporated 114 amendments proposed by Democrats, but Politico revealed that the bill has yet to receive any public support from Democratic senators, and at least 6 Democratic votes are needed for the bill to pass. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/news-68300
