SemiAnalysis has acquired Citrini Research, with the founder continuing as CEO James van Geelen, founder of the independent investment research firm Citrini Research, has sold the company to semiconductor and AI research firm SemiAnalysis. Van Geelen will temporarily continue to serve as the CEO of Citrini Research, which will maintain a certain level of operational independence rather than being fully integrated into the SemiAnalysis brand. The transaction price remains undisclosed.
