[Bloomberg: SemiAnalysis Acquires Citrini Research, Founder to Remain as CEO] According to Bloomberg, James van Geelen, founder of independent investment research firm Citrini Research, has sold the firm to semiconductor and artificial intelligence research company SemiAnalysis. Van Geelen will temporarily continue to serve as CEO of Citrini Research, which will retain a certain degree of operational independence rather than being fully integrated into the SemiAnalysis brand. The transaction price has not yet been disclosed.
