[Anthropic's IPO Expected to Create a Wave of Millionaires, Wall Street Banks Compete for Wealth Management Business] According to a report by Jinse Finance on September 12, in addition to vying for the highly anticipated initial public offering (IPO) of Anthropic PBC, major Wall Street banks are also competing to manage the wealth that employees of this artificial intelligence company are expected to gain following its blockbuster listing. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, BNY Mellon's wealth management division, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo have been in discussions with Anthropic. The company is reportedly seeking to provide its employees with a list of advisors to help them manage the substantial wealth they are expected to receive. Representatives from these banks and Anthropic have declined to comment. Some insiders stated that Anthropic has asked institutions to present their wealth management services and disclose details regarding fees, services, and other operational aspects. These individuals requested anonymity as the communications are not public. Anthropic has recently issued requests for information, and some smaller boutique firms and advisory companies have also responded.
