TRUMP PROPOSES MAJOR OVERHAUL OF U.S. CENSUS The Trump administration proposed limiting the 2030 census to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, excluding undocumented and temporary lawful immigrants. The proposal would also remove race and ethnicity questions from the census.
