Bitrace stated that a newly activated business address by Xinbi Guarantee on September 8 was frozen again, with approximately 1.8 million USDT transferred out in advance and only about 37,800 USDT frozen. On-chain data shows that the related address subsequently began testing USDD deposits and withdrawals. Bitrace previously confirmed that the total amount of frozen funds in this round for Xinbi Guarantee has exceeded 45 million USDT.
