[First 'Token Computing Power Scenario' Loan in Sichuan Lands in Chengdu] According to Xinhua Finance, the Chengdu branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) issued Sichuan's first 'Token Computing Power Scenario' loan to a high-tech enterprise in Chengdu High-Tech Zone. For the first time, the enterprise's AI computing power consumption, Token procurement costs, and other 'computing power bills' were incorporated into the credit evaluation system. The enterprise primarily engages in software development, mini-program and app development, and AI intelligent system implementation. Due to a lack of traditional collateral, it had difficulty obtaining loans. This time, ICBC used real computing power bills, token invocation logs, computing power service contracts, AI business orders, and accounts receivable as core references. The loan funds are specifically allocated for large model API invocation fees and computing power rental fees, aiming to alleviate the pressure caused by the mismatch between 'upfront computing power payments and delayed project receivables.'
