I don’t really know this new colleague yet, and I don’t have more info. Also, I don’t remember what you mentioned
But at OKX, *Do the right thing* is one of our core principles. We encourage everyone to speak the truth, use logic, and focus on facts. We also welcome anyone to challenge ideas and share different opinions.
We ask everyone to truly dive into understanding customers and the market, accurately assess customer needs, stick to data-driven decisions, come up with practical business solutions, and execute them quickly. Then, continuously gather customer feedback to keep improving our products and services.
For some colleagues, if their logic gets messy, they lose touch with the market and customers, or they get caught up in self-indulgence, we won’t hesitate to call them out. In a way, this has made the OKX team tougher, more pragmatic, and better at facing real challenges.
For any behavior that violates professional ethics, laws, regulations, or company policies—damaging the legitimate rights of the company, customers, or other stakeholders—we won’t tolerate it. Accountability will be pursued, and legal measures will be taken when necessary. Openness doesn’t mean a lack of principles, and trust must be built on responsibility and boundaries.
OKX has always aimed to provide a platform that’s open enough. We’re never worried about young people, subordinates, or new colleagues outshining their leaders. On the contrary, truly outstanding organizations should allow capable individuals to fully showcase their talents, take on greater responsibilities, and receive rewards that match their contributions.
Whoever is more capable deserves a bigger stage.
