Canary's latest S-1/A filing submitted to the U.S. SEC on August 19 confirms that the product will directly hold TRX, with its primary investment goal being to track the price of TRX, and a secondary goal of earning additional TRX through staking. Under normal circumstances, at least 90% of the fund's TRX is expected to participate in staking.
