[Ministry of Commerce: Preliminary Ruling on the Anti-Dumping Investigation of Imported Dichlorodihydrosilane Originating from Japan] Announcement No. 37 of 2026 by the Ministry of Commerce publishes the preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of imported dichlorodihydrosilane originating from Japan. In accordance with the provisions of the *Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China*, on January 7, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 2 of 2026, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imported dichlorodihydrosilane originating from Japan. The investigating authority has preliminarily determined that the investigated products originating from Japan are being dumped, causing substantial damage to the domestic dichlorodihydrosilane industry, and there is a causal relationship between the dumping and the substantial damage. Pursuant to Articles 28 and 29 of the *Anti-Dumping Regulations*, the investigating authority has decided to implement provisional anti-dumping measures in the form of a security deposit. Starting from September 8, 2026, import operators must provide the corresponding security deposit to the Customs of the People's Republic of China based on the deposit rates determined in this preliminary ruling when importing the investigated products.
