⚡UPDATE: Here's how Trump's plan to bring Hyperliquid to the US could actually work. Last month, Trump said the CFTC is working to bring Hyperliquid onshore "in a fully compliant and legal fashion." The US wouldn't get Hyperliquid's global venue. Instead, Kraken's parent company would build a SEPARATE US product around its technology. It would run through Bitnomial, a CFTC-regulated platform with full KYC and custody protections. The trade-off: US traders get fewer markets and lower leverage than the permissionless global version. Both the CFTC and SEC would need to rewrite the rules, which could take up to a YEAR. CME's CEO is fighting it, calling crypto perps "a disaster waiting to happen" and suing the CFTC over their approval, per The Block.(Coin Bureau)
