THE BLOCK: a16z crypto has led a $25 million seed round in OpenReserve, a crypto banking startup founded by MoneyLion founder Dee Choubey that has emerged from stealth after receiving conditional OCC approval to form a full-service U.S. national bank. An SEC filing in June showed that OpenReserve had raised $24 million of the planned $25 million round from 11 investors but did not name the lead. OpenReserve has not yet disclosed its other investors.(The Block)
