House Update for September: House Republican leadership just announced the House will be in session for votes during the week of September 14 but is cancelling votes for the two weeks that follow. Members will be given at least 48 hours' notice to return to DC for possible votes during those two weeks of Sept. 21 & 28 IF the Senate approves the House-passed GOP budget resolution.(Craig Caplan)
