**[Grayscale: U.S. Household Stock Asset Allocation Rises to 46.71%, Crypto Assets Offer Diversification Opportunities]**
Odaily Planet Daily News – Digital asset management company Grayscale stated that as of the end of 2025, the proportion of U.S. household financial assets directly and indirectly held in corporate stocks will reach 46.71%, up from 43.99% a year earlier. Grayscale's Head of Research, Zach Pandl, noted that the rising concentration and elevated valuations of stock assets enhance the opportunity for crypto assets to diversify investment portfolios.
Grayscale highlighted that the long-term earnings growth consensus expectation for the S&P 500 Index had risen above 25% as of August 28, significantly higher than the historical range of 10% to 15%. The firm believes that after undergoing market corrections, crypto assets have seen declines in valuation, leverage levels, and investor long positions.
Data released by Grayscale shows that the 90-day correlation between Bitcoin and the Nasdaq 100 Index has dropped from over 60% to approximately 33%, while its correlation with gold has risen from near 0 to over 50%. Grayscale also pointed out that Bitcoin's historical volatility is higher than broad equity indexes and does not always serve as a safe-haven asset. (Bitcoin.com News)
