Wonderful has completed a $550 million Series C financing round, with a valuation reaching $5 billion. This round was led by Insight Partners, with Salesforce joining as a new investor, and Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, and other institutions participating. Wonderful's enterprise intelligence platform has been online for 20 months, entering over 30 markets and deploying hundreds of intelligent agents across more than ten vertical industries. The product covers scenarios such as customer service and internal employee systems.
