JA Solar Technology said at an Aug. 28 results briefing that after a decade of rapid expansion China PV is likely to enter a period of modest, stable growth over the next few years and a large surge is unlikely. PV-storage integration will tighten; AI compute and data-center demand is expected to be the fastest-growing PV+storage segment over the next five years. UHV transmission expansion and removal of distributed transformer capacity caps will open new deployment routes. Overseas markets should remain on a steady growth path while storage grows faster, driven by energy-security concerns, rapid AIDC expansion, high power prices in the US and Europe that make PV+storage economics parity-plus-arbitrage, and European negative prices and curtailment pressures creating firm storage demand.(金十数据)
