The wallet started buying at 11:34 UTC on Aug 19 and kept adding through 15:05 UTC, at an average entry of ~$59.37. Four to seven hours later, Trump said the CFTC was working to bring Hyperliquid into the US in a fully compliant way. HYPE traded up to ~$72.
