Manus officially announced plans to resume independent operations. To comply with regulatory requirements in certain jurisdictions, Manus will need to delete some user data generated on and after December 29, 2025 (during the Meta acquisition period). After the penalty decision from the NDRC came out in April, many people said there was no way they could resume independent operations. Who would’ve thought, just 4 months later, they actually did it.
