Keel Infrastructure Corp. shuts down US mining business, sells 1085 BTC

According to The Block, Keel Infrastructure Corp. announced in its second quarter financial report the closure of all US Bitcoin mining operations to transform into AI and high-performance computing data centers. Between April 1st and August 7th, Keel Infrastructure Corp. sold 1085 BTC for $75 million and currently holds 1861 BTC. Keel Infrastructure Corp. has $819 million in working capital and unused 2027 electricity capacity.
