Last week, Saylor made a big move by buying back $108 million worth of STRC.
They raised $650 million by issuing more MSTR, sold BTC to get $108 million, so it looks like the money from selling BTC was used for the buyback, while the ATM proceeds went into cash reserves.
Based on the previously planned $1 billion quota, there’s still $700-800 million left. If nothing unexpected happens, getting back to 100 shouldn’t be a big issue.
And judging by the approach, selling stocks and selling BTC, Saylor is using every possible means to buy back STRC. It’s undoubtedly the top priority at this stage.
