Today's market...
Still super boring... Thought we might see a pullback after the ETF inflows dried up over the weekend, but the market isn't giving us that chance.
Pre-market today, the Coinbase premium was really unstable... (Pic 1) Fluctuating between positive and negative, with an average Z-score of only 0.1. ETF inflows seem to be shrinking further today... Waiting for the market open to check CVD for further confirmation.
----------
Order book looks the same as last week (Pic 2).
Sell orders above 65k are still coming in steadily. Last week, although each SFP (Swing Failure Pattern) at previous highs chipped away at some of these orders, new ones keep popping up.
So every time, these new orders get absorbed, then the price reverses, forming a new SFP (fake breakout).
Feels like textbook-level liquidity building, then using that liquidity to execute orders...
For intraday shorts, the strategy is still to wait for volume spikes + SFP (fake breakout), as shown in Pic 3.
------------
Intraday today, see Pic 4.
As mentioned earlier, for shorts, keep an eye on SFPs at previous highs + volume spikes.
For longs, also watch for SFPs... One is Saturday's SFP around 64.5k, and the other is the equal lows SFP from Thursday to Friday near 64k.
