My thoughts on issuance: as long as you can postpone this EIP, you can kill it. a group of grassroot proposers won’t be able to keep up their work with resourceful DAT and DeFi protocols with millions of dollars in their treasury. :) you don’t even need to object it (and you better not), you just need to mention a lot of “buts”.(Zeng Jiajun 曾嘉俊)
