[Michael Saylor: BIP-110 Support Rate Only 2.54% and Entirely from OCEAN, Unable to Achieve Consensus] Strategy founder Michael Saylor posted on the X platform stating that the support rate for BIP-110 at block 960,561 was only 2.54% (24 signals out of 946 blocks), with all signals coming from DATUM miners sharing rewards through OCEAN. Signals outside of OCEAN were zero, and the voluntary threshold of 55% is unattainable, meaning this does not represent miner consensus. Saylor pointed out that OCEAN set the BIP-110 signal as the default option, and the BIP-110 guidelines directed node operators to Bitcoin Knots and miners to DATUM, effectively serving as a vertically integrated marketing campaign for Knots and OCEAN.
