Aviva Investors has been approved by the Bank of Ireland to launch a tokenized US dollar liquidity fund on XRP Ledger

According to Cointelegraph, Aviva Investors has been approved by the Reserve Bank of Ireland to launch tokenized shares of its US dollar liquidity fund on XRP Ledger, which qualified investors can participate in through a digital wallet. The underlying assets of the fund are managed by Bank of New York Mellon, with Komainu providing digital asset custody and Licuido providing tokenization infrastructure. The fund invests in high rated short-term US dollar denominated debt securities and money market instruments, with tokenized shares having the same investment objectives and liquidity characteristics as traditional funds.
