Andrey Svintsov: Russian citizens should stop buying Gram tokens and conducting related financial operations

According to Bits.media, Andrey Svintsov, Vice Chairman of the Information Policy Committee of the Russian State Duma, suggested that citizens stop purchasing the Gram token created by Pavel Durov and avoid any financial operations within the Telegram ecosystem, and advised waiting for official comments from the Federal Communications Regulatory Agency and the Federal Security Agency. Andrey Svintsov stated that Russian authorities have requested Telegram to open offices in Russia, store user data within Russia, and cooperate with Russian intelligence agencies.
