Two exchanges announced shutdowns within a month. Even though they claim it's an orderly shutdown and funds can be withdrawn, a lot of users are saying it's actually still very hard to withdraw. The one announced today seems to have done quite a bit of marketing in the Chinese community. But no need to panic—when you see more of these seemingly bearish news, it might just mean the bear market is about to end.
