[Intel Revenue Outlook Exceeds Expectations, Surge in Data Center Spending Provides Support] According to Sina Finance, Intel has issued an unexpectedly strong revenue forecast for the current quarter, indicating that the surge in data center spending is driving the long-awaited recovery of the chipmaker. The company stated in a Thursday announcement that third-quarter revenue is expected to range between $15.8 billion and $16.8 billion. Even the lower end of the forecast range significantly exceeds analysts' average estimate of $15.1 billion. This outlook highlights Intel's progress among its data center customer base, which is urgently seeking chips to meet the computing power demands of artificial intelligence. Revenue in this sector soared 59% in the previous quarter, more than double Intel's overall revenue growth rate. Following the earnings announcement, Intel's stock price rose approximately 10% in after-hours trading. Prior to the release of the financial report, the stock had already more than doubled this year, reflecting growing market confidence in Intel's recovery plan.
