Vanar migration to Base, VANRY token 1:1 migration and supply adjustment

Vanar, the Layer 1 project, announced that it will migrate its infrastructure to Base. VANRY token holders can complete the migration in a 1:1 ratio, while keeping their holdings unchanged. The total supply of VANRY has increased from 2.4 billion pieces to 10 billion pieces, of which about 62% will remain locked during migration, and Vanarchain validator staking will cease.
