Elon Musk said: In 3 years, working will be worthless. Do you believe it?
Recently, one of Musk's statements has caused a stir online.
He said: 'At most 3 years, you’ll still be able to make money by selling your labor. After that, AI will automate most tasks, and paying someone for their time will no longer make sense.'
Some say this is alarmist—how could AI possibly replace humans?
Some say it’s the truth—they’ve already lost their jobs to AI.
Others say it’s a capitalist conspiracy—to make us anxious and obedient.
I don’t want to argue whether Musk is right or wrong. I just want to ask you one question:
If, in 3 years, your salary really becomes worthless, how will you survive?
Will it be with your current savings?
Or your current house?
Or your current job?
Musk says that over the next 3 years, the smartest strategy is to convert your time into assets that AI cannot replace or replicate:
Bitcoin and other scarce digital assets, land and energy, infrastructure, networks of people, and the ability to produce truly needed goods.
I know many people will say: Bitcoin is a scam, land is unaffordable, infrastructure is too far-fetched, networks are useless, and I don’t have production skills.
But I want to tell you, the future world won’t stop and wait for you just because you think it’s hard.
If you don’t act, someone else will.
If you don’t change, someone else will.
If you don’t seize the opportunity, someone else will.
Remember, in the future world, what matters isn’t whether you believe it—it’s whether you’re prepared.
Those who start taking action now will say in 3 years: 'I knew this would happen.'
And those still hesitating will say in 3 years: 'I knew this would happen, but I didn’t act.'
So, have you already started taking action, or are you still waiting for a 'clearer' signal?
