According to Wu, UK-listed Bitcoin treasury company Satsuma Technology shareholders have passed a special resolution to return the majority of capital and cancel its FCA official listing status, with over 90% voting in favor. The board has approved shutting down all trading operations and selling its Bitcoin holdings. As of the end of June, the company held approximately 668.48 BTC. Back in 2025, Satsuma raised around £164 million through convertible notes to expand its Bitcoin reserves, but its stock price later plummeted, and its market cap at one point fell below the value of its Bitcoin holdings. Shareholders, including Pantera, demanded asset liquidation and capital return. The company is expected to delist on September 14 and complete the capital return by September 28. https://(wublock123.com)/news/satsuma-shareholders-approve-sale-668-bitcoin-exit-trading-delist-september-65052
