Gate just launched a new feature today: Event Contracts To put it simply, it’s about predicting the short-term direction of BTC/ETH and similar assets. Each event comes with a question. You pick the direction you think is correct, and settlements are made based on the outcome. Prices range between 0.01-0.99U, which is pretty easy to understand: 0.65U basically means the market thinks there’s a 65% chance of this happening. Kinda gives off those token prediction market vibes, right? The difference from perpetual contracts is that you don’t need to set leverage or constantly stare at the candlestick charts.
