Over the past week, MSTR continued to raise $263.5 million through an ATM (at-the-market offering) of common stock. During this period, MSTR neither bought any Bitcoin nor sold any bitcoin:native, and of course, did not repurchase any shares. All of these funds have been added to cash reserves, bringing MSTR's total cash reserves to $3.225 billion. At this point, I wonder if anyone noticed that while $263.5 million was raised through the ATM, the strategic reserve funds only increased by $225 million. So, where did the remaining $38.5 million go? I checked MSTR's latest K-8 filing, and there’s no mention of what this money was used for. Of course, this amount is a relatively small portion of this week's ATM proceeds, and K-8 filings aren’t required to disclose all cash flow details. I’m just curious about the use of this portion of the funds, that’s all. @Gate Crypto, US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, Korean stocks, gold, CFD, prediction markets—all-in-one trading platform.
