July 20 — MIIT chief engineer Wang Weiming said the ministry is prioritizing expansion of the tech services sector by improving routes for commercialization and strengthening incubation. MIIT has focused on three market-facing measures: building full-chain service capability from R&D to pilot production to incubation to raise incubation rates; drafting policy to cultivate an integrated national technology market to break regional and institutional barriers in tech transactions and create a unified national technology-transaction service platform to promote free nationwide flow of technology factors; and smoothing supply-demand conversion by prioritizing industry-led problem-setting and technology-led solutions. MIIT is accelerating reforms to build up the technology-manager workforce; related policies and standards will be issued soon.(金十数据)
