BTC dropped 2.27% on Monday, closing back below the TBO cloud as bearish consolidation returns. The slow line has flattened out, which points to more chop ahead rather than a strong trend, with the top of the cloud now sitting at 69,982. RSI stays golden above the 37.6 level and on-balance volume is only flattening despite heavier selling, so the setup isn't alarming yet. I'm still watching 61,300 to 61,584 as the line in the sand, with downside Fibonacci targets at 49,000 and 38,555 if that level breaks.
Ethereum held above its cloud and wicked close to the previous pivot high near 1,849, satisfying a TBO close short that points toward a pullback before another leg up toward 2,000 to 2,050. Stablecoin dominance pushed up 1.76% to close above its cloud, and I expect Bitcoin and Ethereum to eventually push higher and drag stablecoin dominance's RSI back below 25. Total 100 confirmed a bullish reversal cluster with on-balance volume back above its moving average, a good sign for low caps.
DXY popped 0.31% but I don't expect much more upside from here, while USDJPY snapped back with a bullish engulfing candle up 0.48% to 162.43. S&P Futures remain strong bullish even through Middle East headlines, though I'm still expecting a pullback there. Gold sold off 2.9% and Uranium printed its first TBO breakdown in months, rounding out a mixed day across metals and altcoins with fresh setups on Uniswap, Pol, ICP and more.
