My view is that history is always strikingly similar, but it never simply repeats itself. $BTC at 60k is not the bottom of this bear market. It's roughly equivalent to 30k in the last bear market or 6k in the 2018 bear market. It's the mid-phase of the bear market, where it will fluctuate repeatedly for a long time before dropping another 50%.
