No comparison, no harm. Gate's customer service quit.
No one to follow up with you. If there's an issue, you have to figure it out yourself.
Later, there was a new customer service rep, but was it three days or a few days?
No reply. Actually, no, still no reply even now.
But, every time Binance changes customer service, they always
proactively have the new person follow up with you.
After this incident, everyone should understand one thing.
Don't put all your eggs in one basket. None of us can afford to lose.
