Transfer 4 BTC from Tether reserve address to Binance

The BTC address used by Tether for reserve transferred 4 BTC worth $250000 to Binance 5 hours ago. This address transferred 204.3 BTC to Bitfinex a month ago, at a price of $70000. Since the end of the second quarter of this year, there has been no record of new BTC transfers to this reserve address. (Ashes)
