[Iran Claims U.S. Breach of Agreement Has Become Habitual] Golden Finance reported that on July 11, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei stated during an interview on the evening of July 10 local time, 'The U.S. breach of agreement has already become a habit.' Baghaei noted that only 22 days had passed since the signing of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding, yet the U.S. has repeatedly violated multiple provisions within it: on July 8 and 9, U.S. military forces attacked Iran again, blatantly violating Articles 1 and 2 of the memorandum; the U.S. revoked exemptions related to sanctions on Iranian oil, violating Article 10 of the memorandum; and the U.S. announced new sanctions against Iran, violating Article 9 of the memorandum. Baghaei stated that within this 14-article memorandum, the U.S. has used various excuses to breach multiple provisions—on this matter, 'We should not be surprised, as breaching agreements has always been part of the behavioral pattern of successive U.S. administrations.'
