Here’s a little stop-loss ticket to share with everyone~
The short-term trading logic at the time was to bet that the main player would launch a new offensive after pulling a limit-up. But the next day, it hit the previous gap-down opening level and started falling. This is understandable because sometimes this kind of shakeout happens. However, the subsequent trend didn’t look like a shakeout—it repeatedly showed a downward trend. So, I just cut my losses directly.
Sharing this to remind everyone: don’t obsess over making a profit on every single stock before selling, and definitely don’t average down on a losing position when it doesn’t align with logic. These are key reasons why many people lose big money. Investment discipline is super important—if the original buying logic no longer holds, you have to exit, regardless of profit or loss (sometimes you might get lucky and still profit even when the logic is off).
