[ArkStream Founding Partner: Discussed Investment with Li Bojie, But Later Found His Contract Very Amateurish and Lacking Clarity on Unlocking Mechanisms]
Odaily Planet Daily News – Ye Su, founding partner of ArkStream Capital, posted on X, stating: 'Li Bojie approached us during his fundraising efforts. At the time, we thought the project background was decent and expressed interest. However, during the DD (due diligence) phase, we discovered that Li Bojie intentionally blurred the lines between funds that were interested and those that had already invested. Moreover, the contract he sent over was extremely amateurish, and the team hadn’t even figured out how to handle unlocking mechanisms. At one point, they responded with "we’ll decide later," and at another point, they said, "we can set something for now." As a result, we decided to pass.'
Ye Su further mentioned: 'Having worked in primary markets for 8 years, the most profound realization I’ve had is that a founder’s character has absolutely nothing to do with their talent. During their low points or fundraising stages, founders are often very humble, but it’s when they achieve some success that their character is truly tested. Li Bojie is a prime example of this. The fact that he still dares to respond publicly shows he’s confidently scamming people out of their money.'
