JFC. If accurate, which it seems to be from corroboration, it’s heinous, and he should drop out and be locked up. But how the fuck are we here 6 days before ballot replacement deadline? The tattoo story was bs shit-flinging, but this is a candidates Ex who has apparently been saying this for a few years to her inner circle. How the hell does a candidate get this far without that being dug up? And who is dumb enough to run for Senate after having done this?! We need better vetting. We need less infighting on stupid irrelevant shit so we can spend time vetting on actual issues. And we need to create a better culture where victims feel safe coming forward early so we have time to investigate these things. Especially with what happened to the Buttigieg family recently, we need to make sure any claim can be investigated fully - and that only happens if victims feel safe and supported coming forward.
