OpenStock has launched the InnoLight Pre-IPO Vault.
——————————
TL;DR version:
1. This is the first private equity RWA project centered around a popular A-share listed company's Hong Kong IPO event.
2. OpenStock isn’t about “making stock trading easier,” it’s about Access: enabling on-chain users to participate in Pre-IPO opportunities that were previously hard to reach.
3. This could be the next direction for the RWA sector.
——————————
InnoLight is already a publicly listed company in mainland China, operating in the optical communication network/AI infrastructure sector—one of the hottest areas in this AI capex cycle.
What OpenStock is launching isn’t just a typical “tokenization of listed company stocks,” but a Pre-IPO Vault designed around InnoLight’s Hong Kong IPO event.
Users deposit stablecoins on-chain, while real-world quota acquisition, asset access, and process handling are managed by regulated partners.
The key point here is:
Vault tokens represent a claim on the net yield of the vault, not direct ownership of InnoLight stock.
So the core of OpenStock isn’t convenience—it’s access to opportunities.
Traditional Pre-IPO/private market opportunities are typically reserved for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and brokerage networks. OpenStock aims to bring these opportunities on-chain through RWA vault structures.
————————
This is what I think is worth paying attention to:
RWA’s first phase was U.S. Treasury bonds;
The second phase was tokenization of listed stocks/ETFs;
The next phase could be Pre-IPO, private equity, and event-driven asset vaults.
OpenStock is backed by the former Polynomial team. This team has previously handled over $9 billion in trading volume, served over 100,000 users, and has hands-on experience in on-chain derivatives and trading infrastructure.
