Solana Foundation launches on chain governance mechanism SGP

On July 2nd, Solana Foundation officially launched its on chain governance mechanism SGP. The verifier must obtain at least 100000 SOL commissions to initiate a proposal, and the proposal must receive 15% pledge support from the entire network to enter the voting stage.
