The Chilean Financial Market Commission cancels the licenses of cryptocurrency platforms such as Pluspay and demands the return of funds

According to Livecoins, the Chilean Financial Market Commission CMF has revoked the registration of cryptocurrency platform Pluspay due to its association with the Venezuelan criminal organization Tren de Aragua and providing financial support. Institutions such as Pixertec and Iuinvest that did not submit complete information as required by Lei Fintec have also been disqualified from providing services in the Chilean market. The above-mentioned institutions are prohibited from expanding new customers and can only perform clearing business and return funds to existing users.
