She believes that the future global AI competition paradigm will no longer involve blindly following the full industry chain but will depend on whether economies can precisely invest in their unique "sharp-edge" tracks and establish a rational relationship of "strategic interdependence" with one another. She also predicted that globally, there may ultimately be only around 10 foundational models. She argued that this implies that for some economies, instead of spending vast amounts of money to repeatedly build a model that could become obsolete at any time, it would be better to first clarify their true advantages within the entire AI value chain.
