The spokesperson stated that Iran has not yet initiated final agreement negotiations. According to Article 13 of the Memorandum of Understanding, the prerequisite for initiating final agreement negotiations is the commencement and continued implementation of Articles 1, 4, 5, 10, and 11. In addition, the spokesperson emphasized that Iran will not hold any level of negotiations with the United States in the coming days. The visit of the US representative to Qatar has no connection with the Iranian technical delegation.
