According to a report by Jinse Finance on June 29, citing Reuters, sources revealed that Chinese memory chip manufacturer Changxin Memory has signed a long-term supply agreement with Tencent worth over 20 billion yuan (approximately $2.94 billion), paving the way for its major public listing. The agreement covers the supply of DRAM chips over several years, with a maximum term of three years, though some sources suggest it could extend up to five years.
