According to transaction documents, the potential deal involves Kraken investing 35,000 ETH in exchange for 250,000 AAVE tokens and 15% common equity in Aave Group. Two insiders revealed that the deal is valued at approximately $71 million, and Kraken also plans to bring in other investors to participate.
