According to Bits.media, the Russian central bank announced incentive measures starting from January 1, 2027, encouraging companies to use digital rubles to pay wages. Commercial banks will receive a reward of 0.67 rubles for each payment of wages or labor contracts made by enterprises in digital rubles, with a minimum reward of 10 rubles per instruction list. The Russian Central Bank has also approved the service fee rate for the digital ruble platform. Starting from early 2027, the transaction fee for each instruction transferred from a company to an individual will be 1 ruble, and the minimum fee for each instruction list will be 15 rubles.
